Hi There, 

Welcome to Wonderfully Made Glass. 

“Wonderfully Made” comes from the scripture, "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well" (Psalm 139:14). Jesus wants us to be the hands and feet. We are all his children and we are all brothers and sisters in christ. That being said, lending a hand to someone in need during these harsh times may change their lives for the better, no matter how big or small. Being unique and one of a kind is how God made us, and that's how I look at each of my Wonderfully Made Glass pieces. “ In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: 'It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35).

My name is Heather Grim and I create stained glass pieces. Each piece is handcrafted making each piece unique, just like you and me. I live in Ledyard, CT and we have many artisans, farmers, tattoo artists, hairdressers and barbers. With each stained glass piece I make I sell on Etsy with 10% going to a small business. Why? Because who doesn't want to support their neighbors and give back to their community. Each month there will be a new small business that the proceeds go to, which will be specified, and a specialty piece that you can purchase

Since I was a young girl, I always insisted on doing things for others. I made cards, put on performances, gave away my clothes and toys, and wanted to provide support and help to those around me. It would be my pleasure for you to come on this journey with me to create beautiful stained glass pieces, that in turn gives you a one of a kind piece for your home, and also gives back to a local business. My plan with this blog is to not only get on a personal level with my customers, but to also shed some light on those that are in need of support and maybe a helping hand. So let's come together and support our community and bless those small business owners!
